By accessing this website, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing a product from Helyx Labs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this website or purchase products from Helyx Labs.
1. Age Requirement
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase products from Helyx Labs.
By entering the website and/or placing an order, you represent that you are at least 21 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
Helyx Labs reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when we reasonably believe the purchaser does not satisfy applicable purchasing requirements.
2. Research Use Only
Products offered by Helyx Labs are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes only unless expressly stated otherwise.
Products are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, administration, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or therapeutic applications.
Helyx Labs does not provide medical advice, dosing instructions, administration instructions, treatment recommendations, or guidance regarding human or veterinary use.
By purchasing from Helyx Labs, you acknowledge and agree that products will be used only for lawful laboratory research purposes.
3. Purchaser Responsibilities
By purchasing products from Helyx Labs, you represent that:
- You are at least 21 years of age.
- You understand the products are sold for laboratory research purposes only.
- You will not use products for human or veterinary administration or consumption.
- You are responsible for determining whether possession, purchase, handling, storage, and use of a product are permitted in your jurisdiction.
- You are responsible for using appropriate laboratory procedures, equipment, storage, and safety practices.
- You will comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and institutional requirements.
Helyx Labs reserves the right to refuse service, limit quantities, cancel orders, or restrict access when reasonably necessary for legal, compliance, safety, fraud-prevention, or business purposes.
4. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present product names, quantities, photographs, descriptions, prices, and other information accurately.
However, website content may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, outdated information, or technical errors.
Product images are provided for identification and presentation purposes and may not perfectly represent packaging, labels, colors, or other physical characteristics of the product received.
Helyx Labs reserves the right to correct errors and update product information without prior notice.
5. Certificates of Analysis & Documentation
When analytical documentation or a Certificate of Analysis (“COA”) is available, it may be displayed on the applicable product page or within the Helyx Labs COA library.
A COA should only be interpreted as applying to the specific product, sample, quantity, lot, or batch identified by that report, as applicable.
The availability of analytical documentation for one product, size, sample, or batch does not establish that the same analytical results apply to another product, size, sample, lot, or batch.
Products without currently posted documentation may be marked “COA Coming Soon.”
Helyx Labs does not represent a product as having a specific analytical result unless corresponding documentation supports that representation.
6. Pricing
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Prices, discounts, promotions, product availability, and promotional offers may change without prior notice.
The price displayed during checkout at the time an order is submitted will generally govern that transaction, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.
7. Promotions & Discounts
Promotional offers may be subject to separate conditions, expiration dates, product exclusions, minimum purchase requirements, or other limitations.
Helyx Labs may modify or discontinue a promotion at any time where permitted by law.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, discounts cannot be redeemed for cash.
8. Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance by Helyx Labs.
Orders may be subject to payment authorization, inventory availability, address verification, compliance review, fraud screening, or other reasonable verification procedures.
Helyx Labs reserves the right to reject or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, shipping restrictions, compliance concerns, or payment problems.
If a canceled order has already been charged, an applicable refund will be processed according to the circumstances and available payment method.
9. Payment
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.
Payment methods available through the website may depend on our approved payment service providers.
Helyx Labs does not guarantee that any particular payment method will remain available.
Additional payment-provider terms may apply to transactions processed through third-party payment services.
10. Shipping
Helyx Labs currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States only.
Our current shipping structure is:
$11.99 Flat-Rate U.S. Shipping
Qualifying orders with a merchandise subtotal over $150 receive free standard shipping.
Helyx Labs aims to process and ship orders within 1–2 business days following successful order and payment confirmation.
Many orders may ship within 24 hours when placed on a business day; however, 24-hour shipment is not guaranteed.
Processing time and carrier transit time are separate.

11. Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Helyx Labs is not responsible for delays or delivery problems resulting from inaccurate or incomplete customer-provided information to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If an address correction is required, contact support as quickly as possible.
We cannot guarantee address modifications after an order has entered fulfillment or been transferred to a carrier.
12. Returns & Refunds
Because of the nature of the products sold by Helyx Labs, all sales are generally final after shipment except where otherwise stated in our Refund & Damaged Shipment Policy or required by applicable law.
Qualifying physical shipping damage may include:
- Broken vials
- Cracked containers
- Compromised or open caps
- Other verified significant physical shipping damage
Visible shipping-damage claims should be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with the information and photographs required under our Refund & Damaged Shipment Policy.

13. Order Cancellations
If you need to request cancellation, contact:

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests when an order has not entered fulfillment or shipped.
Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing has begun.
14. Website Accounts
If customer accounts are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
You agree to provide accurate account information and promptly update information when necessary.
Notify Helyx Labs if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
15. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Helyx Labs website or its products:
- For unlawful purposes.

- To make fraudulent purchases.

The website may rely on third-party services including hosting providers, payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics services, security services, and other technology providers.
Helyx Labs is not responsible for third-party services to the extent those services operate outside our reasonable control.

We aim to maintain a reliable website but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, hosting interruptions, technical problems, security events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website, its content, and products are provided subject to the terms, specifications, and documentation presented at the time of purchase.
Helyx Labs does not provide medical, veterinary, diagnostic, therapeutic, or treatment advice.
Information appearing on the website is intended to support product identification, laboratory research documentation, ecommerce transactions, and customer service and should not be interpreted as medical or veterinary guidance.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Helyx Labs and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
21. Indemnification
